Jude Viterbo
Vice President – Client Services

Jude Viterbo is the VP of Client Services at NorthStar. She is responsible for managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service and value to NorthStar’s clients. She oversees all areas of client services, program implementation and customer support. Mrs. Viterbo brings more than 8 years of call center management experience to NorthStar.

Jude started her career as a team leader at Verve Contact Solutions. After only two years with the company, she was in charge of managing the company’s client relationships to ensure service delivery, customer satisfaction and revenue expansion.

Jude holds a degree in Mass Communication from the University of the Philippines.
