Paul Ibasco is the President of NorthStar Solutions. Paul founded the company in 2003 with the vision of creating a multi-channel, contact center that would set a new quality and performance standard in the offshore BPO industry. As the President, Paul is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day management of the company.

Paul is an astute and keen visionary who started his professional career as COO of the family-owned business Futuristic Properties, Inc. while simultaneously starting and managing his own construction company, PCI Builders, Inc. Paul has more than 20 years experience managing corporate finance and operations. He also spearheads the promotion of Northstar’s core values.
