Winston Yao
Vice President – Operations

Winston Yao is the Vice President of Operations of NorthStar. In his role, Winston is responsible for the management and supervision of all operational areas of the company. He oversees the Recruitment, Training, Operation and QA departments of NorthStar.

Winston brings more than 10 years of hands-on call centre management experience to the company. His directive is to continue to enhance the alignment between our client’s and market needs to NorthStar’s capabilities from a people, process and technology perspective.

Prior to joining NorthStar Solutions, Winston was the Director of Operations at Verve Contact Solutions where he successfully managed multiple, complex customer interactions and improvement projects for US based clients in the utility, telecom and finance vertical.

Winston holds a degree in Mass Communications from the University of Santo Tomas.
